The St. Germain Estate consists of 4 acres. Its original barn and stable still remain as they were 102 years ago. The barn is constructed of cypress. The entire estate was frozen in time as the City of Breaux Bridge evolved around it. It is located in the center of the city.
 

The Champvert St. Germain is noted for its Giant Red Salvias which reach up to 10 ft. Grounds are adorned with Camilias, Virginia Creepers, Butterfly Bushes, numerous Oaks, Pines, Camphors, Bamboo, Louisiana Magnolias, Japanese Magnolias and Golden Raintrees.

The terra cotta colored cement walkways encompass a tenth of a mile radius, accented by an 8 ft. Fountain on the Patio.
